We thoroughly prepare for our first meeting. The initial discussion can take place in our office in Moers, in one of your offices in Germany or by phone. You explain your products and services and outline your expectations. We introduce ourselves and our services.

Planned commercial activities in sales and marketing are described and the required tasks for the introductory phase are established. You will get a clear idea on how we can be of assistance and of your potential benefits.

We agree on guiding parameters for the co-operation. Any confidential information will obviously treated as such. Most important, two crucial questions will be answered:

Do we fit?
Giving sales tasks into the hands of a third party is based on trust. Commercial considerations aside, we have to convince you that we deserve that trust. You are welcome to meet our whole team. Confidential treatment of all information regarding your target market and technical details of your solutions is a matter of course. We work for only few selected customers at a time, any overlap between your solutions and those already in our portfolio is pointed out straight away.

Do you fit?
We like working in sales, especially if we are convinced of your products and services. If your solutions can raise our enthusiasm you will find us a highly motivated team of sales experts. We familiarise ourselves with your products fast, so we can meet potential buyers as a competent partner.

After the initial meeting you will get a detailed offer with clear statements regarding costs, time-frame and overall aims and targets.


Once the commercial agreement has been signed we start the project. Project members and responsibilities are stated. The organisational framework with e-mail addresses, phone numbers, brochures, business cards, etc. is set up.

From your web-site, your product descriptions and other existing marketing material we learn about your solution. Just give us a summary of previous sales activities, customer benefits and references.

Depending on the complexity of your products and the services, we estimate this start phase to last from a few days to two weeks. During this time we will visit your headquarters or a suitable branch office, if viable. Once we have clear idea of your product and your company we will begin contacting companies of the target group.


We act on your behalf with the degree of autonomy defined in the commercial agreement. Integrating ourselves into your business processes, we phone in your name, use your e-mail signature and business cards, just as you would expect from your own staff.

You set the time-frame for the project. This can be a one-off mailing campaign or a long-term co-operation covering many years.

In the course of the project you will receive regular updates and reports. Individual customer situations are discussed by phone or e-mail to find the most promising course of action.

You will have the same contact person throughout the whole project. However, our complete team will be familiar with your project and its current status, so that all project information can be forwarded reliably.

We always keep your aims in mind. Thus, we will not work-to-rule but use our full know-how, experience and commitment to be successful. This includes extraordinary tasks to increase your reputation. For example, we will visit trade fairs in Germany or abroad or take care of your guests, including sight-seeing and socialising.

At the end of the project we either come to a follow-up agreement or we hand over all relevant documents, information and data.


You will receive a transparent bill for all our services rendered following the commercial agreement. Depending on the tasks at hand we will charge a monthly flat payment, a fixed price, per day, a commission fee or an appropriate mixture.
